@TheCartoonLoon The funny thing is that in general, a lot of kids....don't like teen/sidekick style kid characters. They like the adult characters because that's who they want to GROW UP TO BE. They don't want to be stuck as the 'kid side kick' with shitty side powers.

Just yesterday i wrote a comment about how Moore thinks superheroes are fascist by default so if he writes a character doing Batman stuff he thinks he's saying the character is fascist. And i got people angry at me for "saying" that Batman is a fascist....

One of the greatest problems in America today is the lack of minimally functional reading comprehension skills. I was unaware of the scope of this epidemic until I started posting on X. I can literally post "The sky is blue, except at night and during bad weather," and inevitably there will be multiple responses along the lines of "OH YEAH SMART GUY???? Wot about when it's night or bad weather???" I weep for our educational system.
