I think that using Ai to give me an idea of what the client wants is Ok. The problems with AI come from the destruction of income, knowledge, critical thinking and how to do things overall; art being one of them
I don't see much difference between using an AI to create a reference or sending me drawings they found on the internet as such
In some cases it even saves me trouble, because a thing many clients do is send me a drawing somebody else made and tell me "I want *exactly* this image but with my OC" which is a little uncomfortable because people may think i'm plagiarizing the other artist. But if they tell me to copy-paste an AI composition then it's whatever, it's not gonna deprive me of sleep if the AI is offended XD
It's true tho that i'm probably an odd sheep among artists on this topic because i don't just instantly hate everything AI and every AI use; i'm more specific in what pisses me off about it; so a lot of artists are gonna be annoyed if you send them an AI reference.

@LumLotus Exactly. The whole "our houses hold heat" argument is stupid since insulation works both ways, so if you could effectively get rid of the heat when it was cool, for example, during the night, the house would stay cooler.

Tbh why is UK government trying to kill their people with heat?
Part of their excuse is that their insulation is "better" but if that's the case then airflow should be a priodrty too.
Instead they lock their windows so it can only go so far and force them to kill braincells...

The UK just “smashed” its May temperature record… but here’s the part the Met Office conveniently leaves out:
The PREVIOUS record was set in 1922.
That’s 104 years ago.
Long before SUVs, private jets, or modern CO₂ emissions. Heathrow Airport didn’t even exist yet. The area was literally farmland and small villages.
So if a 1922 heatwave could produce nearly identical temperatures in a world with ~130 ppm less CO₂, maybe, just maybe, natural variability plays a much bigger role than the panic merchants admit.

Absurdly funny to me that Sonic 3's opening cutscene in Origins completely breaks the plot in half considering a chunk of the game happening hinges on Eggman not knowing the Master Emerald's exact location until the end of Lava Reef

It didn't get a sequel because how do you go forward from its ending. Its revealed why Pikachu could talk. So they'd have to come up with some convoluted reason to have Ryan Reynolds become a Pikachu again and thats not really worth the effort imo.
