@Fanatics why don't any @lids employees know how to use your fan cash at their stores? Went to 2 stores and both told me they don't know how to use fan cash even though a HUGE digital board in the front of the store says use fancash here.

@BestBuy he refused to price match because of the large price difference and made different claims after acknowledging it was stores fault . There was no price for the item on the shelves and multiple of the item behind wrong tag. (2/2)

@BestBuy visited the south bay (boaton,ma) grabbed a product and proceeded to the register. Item was incorrectly priced (3x items under same tag). Manager agreed to price match after verifying tage and product but once he went to make the adjustment at the register …(1/2)
