@InPostUK 'please allow 5 working days for a response' this was on the 20th Feb. Have sent multiple emails chasing since this and no response at all. Have requested this be escalated and no response. Essentially they have stolen my Fred Perry jumper 🫡☺️☺️☺️☺️

@InPostUK No response to my emails from 8th, 10th, 13th February. You have now lost 3 of my parcels and have given me no update or refund. Absolutely shocking customer service and after communicating with me on 8th February just stopped responding once I requested a refund for lost items!
