It seems that the corporate organisations in India have become a kind of fiefdom or hierarchy beyond the Govt or the system usually followed by citizens. There is nothing reputed and special about all these corporate organisations. All these organisations have become a centre of the so-called Left- Liberal- Secular- Socialist- Feminist- LGBTQ- Progressive brigades. These brigades have become a cover up or safety valve for the Islamic Fascist- Fundamentalist- Jihadist- Mulla- Maulana- Kathmullah Ghetto Mindset Groups and Individuals. Wherever the HR Manager, Floor Manager, Shift Manager or any In-Charge or Boss is a Muslim, the Islamic Jihadist agenda is directly- indirectly being pursued. There is a gross victimization of non- Muslims by these Islamic bosses who ensure that even inadequately qualified, below average and low calibre Muslims are hired for the Job. They are also indulged in profiling and targeting the non- Muslim girls. They create the situation of a new normal where they force to eat beef, motivate for castration, promote the Burqa, Namaz, Islamic rituals and religiousity. Also the Hindus and non- Muslims are disheartened, demorlized and often made fun & mockery of their religious practices. I appeal the Government of India to seriously create a data base profile of all the corporate and private organisations being run in every state with the accurate profiling of their every employees. If Jihadist can enter into the corporate domain, the question is how many Islamic Fundamentalist- and Terrorist Mindset people are working in our corporate organisation. We are sad and shocked at the happenings in TCS. The statement from the Chairman of Tata Sons Mr. N. Chandrasekaran is obviously an attempt to cover up the whole episode and he just trying to safeguard the credibility of TCS. How can TCS be so ignorant with closed eyes that the exploitation went on for over 4 years.
