Frustration only increases when their customer care execs change within minutes and all the next person wants is 2 mins to read the old chats and boom! Shd find legal act

Update:no response from @amazonIN grievance team. Every day I contact support, and all I hear is “sorry for the inconvenience” and “please wait 24-48 hours.”customers in India have no voice. I’m honestly losing hope of ever getting my money back. 25 days se daily 2 call kr rha😞
