@bowieoverride @delujog Yeah I think I’d like to have both if I owned an auto so I don’t lose the skill. We (the British) were almost all insufferable manual drivers until electric cars came along

@Ken67547214 When you get a licence in the UK it’s either manual+auto or just auto. The vast majority of people get a manual licence so they have more choice in the used car market, can borrow cars, etc. so the cycle continues. There are def way more autos on the roads these days tho

@bowieoverride @delujog No what I’m saying is because I have a bad habit of pressing the clutch before braking I’m used to my left foot moving first. In an auto my left foot finds the brake and presses it before my right foot can occupy the pedal. I think this is entirely a me problem lol

@bowieoverride @delujog First junction I came to I slammed on the brake like I was hitting the clutch. I think it’s my bad driving habits that cause this tbh because I tend to press the clutch before I start braking if coming to a complete stop.

What if you had a video game that used the twitter api as input? For example, you could make something on the tower defense/vampire survivor spectrum where tweets were weapons that only fire when likes are received.
