@SethCheetham @JosephGuhlin @DrStagiaire That (db-guppy) has been depreciated and shouldn't be used. I'd generate modbams with guppy, tools like igv, methylartist, and modbamtools should work on the .bams with mod tags.

@JosephGuhlin @DrStagiaire MethylArtist works for Guppy calls. Just use the db-guppy flag.

What are the best #Nanopore tools to look at methylation? We called with Guppy, so Methylartist is out, and modbam2bed does not compile / conda has old version that doesn't match the documentation we are looking at. Nanopolish just crashed trying to index the fast5's.
