Teaching my dog to talk seemed like a very natural lockdown hobby, since he's the being I am spending the most time with.

@LeedsInShetland @AskDyson Yeah, every few days a summon the energy to try and resolve it. They are ignoring my DMs, phonecalls go to a really noisy call centre abroad, where they have no answers and you are on hold for an hour, they are ignoring my emails. So much for treating myself with a new hoover!

My dyson was lost in the post, and now @askdyson say they won't give me a refund until it has been found!?! @askdyson told me themselves it was lost, they have no idea where it is. I ordered it a month ago. This is not how returns work @JDF. DO NOT BUY A DYSON
