@Munna_at_MKG @Woitot01 @neerajKh_ ...and also 800 kN engine is gonna have massive turbopumps that will require a significant quantity of propellant just to spin up and chill down compromising the short restart burns required for SSO or GTO insertions.

@Munna_at_MKG @Woitot01 @neerajKh_ ...800 kN engine throttled down to its 50% limit [400 kN] will still produce enough acceleration exceeding 5.0 g's and for delicate payloads anything above 6.0 g is highly problematic...

@Woitot01 @neerajKh_ They are developing a two stage reusable launch vehicle... the upper stage [propellant + dry mass] will likely weigh between 35 and 50 tonnes so I think a 100 kN to 150 kN engine would provide a perfect T/W ratio for a 40 tonne upper stage

Hardware from a few months ago. This is our LOX Powerhead on the test stand, being prepared for a hot-fire test. We are getting closer to unveiling Astrobase’s fully integrated 80-tonne-class FFSC engine. More soon.

Pinaka Long Range Guided Rocket (LRGR) was successfully tested for a user defined minimum range of 60 km at the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur on 08 July 2026. During the trial, LRGR impacted on the target with textbook precision exactly following the predicted trajectory.

@ISROSpaceflight @isro Yes I'm pretty much aware of that... What I was trying to understand is whether SCOPE is integrated with Vikram-1's OAM similar to how @isro's POEM uses the PSLV fourth stage as an orbital platform.

@_ankurtripathi_ @isro No, SCOPE is a free flying satellite unlike POEM which is a modified version of the PSLV 4th stage designed host payloads bolted onto the stage.

🛰 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 At last but not the least, there's the SCOPE satellite by Skyroot themselves. Not much is known about this payload aside from that it aims to "collect valuable flight data and validate onboard systems.”

Today Sarla Aviation announces the successful completion of the integrated flight-test campaign for Sylla 1.0, our half-scale eVTOL technology demonstrator, and the heaviest electric aircraft ever to take off in India. 🇮🇳 Across six months of field testing, Sylla 1.0 logged more than 500 tests and over 18 hours of flight testing. A 700 kg-class, 7.5-metre-wingspan aircraft that rises straight off the ground and hovers under its own closed-loop control. Designed, built and flown in under 12 months, at roughly a tenth of what comparable eVTOL programmes spend globally. A level of capital efficiency unmatched in the industry.

Aagaman means "Arrival." ✨ Proud to unveil the #MissionAagaman patch — the arrival of a new Indian rocket on the world stage, and a new chapter for all of us at Skyroot. The patch honors India's space journey, and the era of private orbital launches it opens. Vikram-1, Test Flight-1. Onwards & Upwards. 🚀 #Vikram1 #OpeningSpaceForAll

We're not rebuilding the same pad for New Glenn. We're moving to a horizontal/vertical hybrid configuration to get us flying again this year at 36A.  We were already working on something similar for 9x4 at 36B. Let me explain what that means. We mate the stages horizontally in the Integration Facility (IF). Then we bring the integrated vehicle out to the pad, use a crane to perform the vertical breakover, and mate the payload once New Glenn is vertical. This new ConOps has the added benefit of increasing our flight cadence as well.
