
Service without a service technician.. @Eureka_ForbesIN has managed to do the impossible, perform product service without the technician visiting the customer. Complaint registers on 16/march/ 2026, 1:40pm ; received a text at 5:40pm that technician has given an estimate. Complaint on 17/march/2026 : according to their app I received the service at 6:55pm. Complaint on 18/march/2026 : the technician was assigned way after the selected time slot and according to them technician visited and gave an estimate. While the technician never came to my address on any of the above dates. Now I'm thinking do all big businesses succeed like this or it's just @Eureka_ForbesIN TALENT. @pratikpota , @jagograhakjago , @EFL_Cares
