@courtneyknill Yeah, I think so, but I also think over time the fun of looking at the spouse is paired with being perfected in love, which helps with the multiple frustrations/annoyances.

it’s probably a built in feature that you are attracted to your spouse so that way when they frustrate/annoy you multiple times a day, at least they are still fun to look at

@courtneyknill I go through cycles. introverted as a young boy. Extroverted in middle school and high school and undergrad. Introverted in grad school and seminary and now. So I suppose, yes, I've been getting more Introverted.

@BasedZillenial I still have resentment for people refusing handshakes during Covid. 🤣

I don’t like handshakes but I also don’t want to be rude when I meet someone and they motion for one. Whenever this happens, I suck it up and shake their hand, but I cringe inside and can’t stop thinking about it. It’s hard for me to focus on the conversation because I am thinking about how much I hate handshakes and that I just gave one. Then, when the other person leaves, I immediately go to wash my hands.
