No I use my laptop to screen record because there have been a few questionable things happen to me on there the last 2 weeks and I wasn’t sure if it was me or them so I started to screen record It’s 2 hours I just clipped

Customer support also has the video and are apparently looking “into it” they say also very weird they are picking and choosing what hands go into my hand history

So that I can see I was legitimately knocked out of the tournaments have contacted customer support they aren’t doing shit

Only issue I believe I was knocked out of two tournaments when I had the best hand and chips were sent to another player and before I could recheck the board it’s reset and for some odd reason those two games aren’t in the hand history and they are saying they can’t send it to me
