didn’t even read the rest, 10:1 pay ratio is the dumbest thing i’ve ever heard in my entire life. you could be a CEO, a cooperate lawyer, a top level surgeon, but you can’t earn over 120k because the part time cleaner earns 12k.

The benefit of smaller raids:
-Allows for more/indepth storytelling
-Haven't had small raids since BFA
-Breaks up the 8-9 boss raid monotony
-Allows players to target farm easier
-Mid season raid releases
-Less obligation to stay for a full run/pug into specific bosses
