BJP IT Cell is biggest ANTI-NATIONAL this country has seen. The Common Man should fight it fiercely on Social Media. The least we can do to save our nation.

In strong agreement! Islam needs to be reformed. Or it should be condemned. Modern society can't exist with the archaic ideas of radical Islam.

8 Days of Silence: Sweden’s Sick Betrayal of Salwan Momika It has been 8 days since my friend Salwan Momika was slaughtered in cold blood. The Swedish government targeted him, persecuted him, left him without protection, and placed him in the very location where he was executed. They knew he was being hunted. They knew there was a $2 million bounty on his head. They knew terrorist groups wanted him dead. Yet they did nothing. Instead, they were trying to destroy him in court, strip him of his rights, and deport him to his Sharia executioners. Hours after his murder, Sweden’s government-funded media aired an interview with a woman wearing a Södertälje municipality jacket—justifying his execution. Instead of outrage, she lectured Swedes about "respecting Allah." No sympathy. No condemnation. Just submission. And here we are, 8 days later. 🔴 No information on who killed him. 🔴 No justice. 🔴 No accountability. 🔴 No condemnation from Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, who had no problem smearing Quran burners—yet couldn’t even say Salwan’s name, show an ounce of care. Salwan was trying to show the PM what happens when you import Islam—he was trying to warn him that he was putting Swedish citizens in danger. He died trying to wake the PM up. But little did Salwan understand—the PM knew precisely what he was importing. He knew the consequences. He knew the danger. And he welcomed it. They staged a farce—arresting five people only to quietly release them when it was exposed that they had nothing to do with his death. I do not trust the Swedish government. They want this buried. They want this forgotten. Do NOT let them erase Salwan. Do NOT let them get away with this cover-up. We must DEMAND answers. Sweden didn’t just fail Salwan. They set him up. They let him die. And now they are justifying it. They are enforcing blasphemy laws through bloodshed. They are making an example out of him. Sweden is sending a clear message: 🔴 Criticize Islam, and you will be hunted. 🔴 Criticize Islam, and you will be executed. 🔴 Criticize Islam, and the government will smear you, persecute you, and then pretend they had nothing to do with it. Do not stay silent. Do not let up the pressure. Do not let them erase what they did to Salwan. We need answers. We must demand justice.

Dear Sandeep @SandeepPathak04 I was listening to your press conference today. Among the three options, if there is no way you can continue working with AAP, you could have left AAP and resigned from your MP post. Joining the BJP is not just gaddari to Arvind Kejriwal who trusted in you and other AAPians who believed in you; it is gaddari to 1.4 billion Indians. Others may have reasons to bend under pressure, but you do not have any reason to bend to any pressure. You should never be seen as a gaddaar in the eyes of your daughter. Joining BJP is an insult to every single day of your life so far, which you have led with relentless hard work, facing hurdles at each step. As you yourself said, there are many other ways of nation-building. Let us work on those options. Please do not go to BJP. This country needs more people like you to fight for restoring the normal functioning of institutions. It is okay to not know the art of politics. It is okay to not always have common sense. Our education has taught us humility - to accept our failures and to accept what we do not know. But doing gaddari is not at all a solution to this. If you cannot stand internal politics within AAP, imagine - you may not be able to sustain even one day in BJP. They will swallow you in no time. We are just ordinary people (read that 100 times). It is okay to lose 10 years of your life fighting for a rightful reason and not succeed. But please do not go to BJP. It has only been a few hours since you joined, and 1.4 billion people are counting on you. This was the donation I made to AAP Chhattisgarh last May after knowing that Sandeep was the Chhattisgarh Prabhari. I do not have visibility into what is happening on the ground, but I could sense that something was off. Sandeep was someone I truly looked up to. In many ways, I saw myself in him - an educated person who genuinely wanted to bring change in the system, who sacrificed his career and worked very hard during the Punjab elections. I know I wanted to be like that one day, but I am still not sure if I can move back to India due to my own constraints. So I wanted him to succeed in his goal of bringing REAL CHANGE on the ground (after learning from his past lessons). That is why I made this donation. I could not post it then, as I felt he may not have been comfortable with it at that time. I am posting it today along with the original message I had shared with a few leaders internally while sending this donation certificate to them. I took reference of Manoj’s Daadi in 12th Fail movie. We all knew that the hard-earned life savings of Manoj's Daadi were stolen. But Manoj did not turn into a traitor in his Daadi’s eyes. I am hoping for a miracle in this real-life story too, even as I watch these dramatic events unfold today 🙏 ------------ This is the original message I shared with AAP leaders last year 👇 An ordinary middle-class girl from a small town in Andhra Pradesh, is donating her hard earned money to Aam Aadmi Party Chhattisgarh unit today, because she believes in the power of opportunity as she has lived what opportunity can do. In India, the arc of our lives is too often written before we can even dream - by our birth, our gender, our caste, our class. I happened to be lucky, being born into a middle-class family that valued education, I was given that one opportunity that can break all barriers - learning. That education led me to a job, to independence, to a voice - and today, that voice says- 'every child deserves the same shot at life, no matter where they are born' AAP is the only political force that hasn’t just talked about education - it has transformed it. In Delhi, 18 lakh government school children have been given dignity, hope, and opportunity through education that matches private schools. They weren’t chosen for their privilege or wealth - AAP chose to believe in them. Just them. That’s why, just like Manoj’s Dadi in 12th Fail movie, who gave him her life long savings so he could chase his dreams of becoming an honest officer and serve the country, today I am contributing to AAP for its mission in Chhattisgarh. I dream of a day when New York Times headlines speak of government school children from Chhattisgarh rising to global heights - because someone dared to believe in them. Because AAP will dare to change their future. And why to AAP Chhattisgarh ? Because, this same education has made a huge difference in one man’s life who now sacrificed his career to be part of AAP in order to bring BADLAAV in this country and is currently prabhari of Chhattisgarh. He is a huge inspiration to me and I am contributing my hard earned money, because I have complete trust in his integrity, and he will start a powerful movement in Chhattisgarh. Now is the time to build something strong, rooted, and visionary in Chhattisgarh. This is why I hope my donation fuels the upcoming local body elections in CG - the stepping stones for solid support base to form for AAP

Say a word against Modi or the RSS and the entire BJP spills onto the streets, their leaders line up for endless press conferences and their ₹2 troll army carpet bombs social media against the opposition. But when Trump repeatedly insults India and calls it a “hellhole,” not a whisper escapes their lips. Their deshbhakti begins and ends with blind loyalty to their leaders, never with dignity for the nation.

Operation Lotus yet again proves it: If you want to oppose BJP Govt’s corruption & misrule, you MUST shed the fear of jail. ED has been turned into BJP’s private Gestapo - raiding, arm-twisting & jailing opposition leaders at will. This fascist intimidation is now the ‘new normal’ under Modi. The real danger? If there’s no Opposition left, who the hell will hold this arrogant government accountable? Who will speak for the people? Democracy is being murdered in broad daylight. Wake up India.

Kejriwal did nothing wrong in video-recording the court proceedings and circulating them; it is high time the courts held the torch inwards and realized that whatever happens in the seat of justice, the public has a right to know. The court exercises the sovereign judicial function of the state, namely "we the people." The court doesn't mean the judge; it means the judge, the litigants, their lawyers, and the public at large. The presence of the public at large is the surest guarantee against all sorts of evils and inequity. The presence of the public at large keeps the judge himself on trial while hearing a case—nay, conducting a trial. The High Court of Delhi is a superior court of record. The concept of a "court of record" has its origin in the practice of keeping memorials of such proceedings before it. Everything that transpired has been reduced to writing and is kept in perpetuity. It is of such great verity that the correctness of the same cannot be questioned anywhere except before it. In those days, there was no technology. Everything was handwritten. Today, we have the technology. Cameras cannot lie; they record everything accurately. The video recording of court proceedings and access to such records is the only guarantee we have today against judicial corruption and improbity. I started the campaign for video recording of court proceedings in 2010 as one of the core objectives of NLC. The courts, including the SC, rejected our plea for video recording repeatedly. Eventually, COVID made it an absolute necessity. Judges like Justices Patel, Chandrachud, Lokur, and Kurian—all without exception—who had opposed video recording and live streaming and repeatedly dismissed our petitions, became its proponents. Yes, they made a necessity a great virtue. Our demand for the preservation of video records and access to such records, however, continues to be resisted, leaving the litigant public with no option but to record the proceedings themselves. This is what Kejriwal did. There is nothing wrong in it. If the Rules which the court has made render it illegal, it is the Rule that should change. Courts have no power to enact laws curtailing our fundamental rights of freedom of speech and expression. The Right to Information is an integral part of such rights. It is said good men must not obey laws too well. Lex injusta non est lex—an unjust law is no law. There is a right to rebellion where the law is unjust. The Delhi High Court has asked social media platforms to remove the video where Kejriwal argues his plea for the recusal of Justice Ms. Sharma. The public has a right to watch the video, which is an extension of their right to be onlookers. The order of the Delhi High Court is violative of the very concept of an open court and the right to information—nay, freedom of speech and expression. We, as citizens, have a duty to raise our voices against such illegal orders by all democratic and constitutional means. I am only glad to be part of any such movement—nay, even willing to lead such a movement from the forefront.

Again, it does NOT matter whether the remaining 33,99,861 have the right documents or not. What matters is that they did not get adequate time to make their case & seek redressal. This is gross injustice. Why was the SIR not conducted earlier? Inclusion should be the norm, exclusion an aberration.

Right wing enjoyed having my account withheld in India. Today, the same people are crying about freedom of speech after Gujarat Police sent a notice to Ajeet Bharti on 𝕏. Although the notice is only for content removal and his account is still active, his tweet remains live in India. However, government clearly does not want anyone to speak against Saheb. In case Ajeet Bharti’s account is withheld in India, he may consider approaching a court and refer to my case, Prateek Sharma vs. Union of India, in support of his arguments for restoration. Happy to help 😉
