you know what's really fucking hard as an NFT project founder. 👉 Building utility before mint! Then again, I don't like doing things the easy way. Easy come, easy go. I can't help but wonder though 👇

@arvidkahl I’ve been enjoying @snipd_app. Seeing community clips and being able to surface important bits is huge 🙌 Also, being able to follow transcript while listening on 2x is amazing. Maybe I could train myself to retain things even in 3x.

Isn't it crazy how we can only keep up with a handful of podcasts when there are THOUSANDS to choose from? I have maybe 5-6 shows that I can follow at any given time. There are so many more good ones. But I'd never be able to reliably follow them. This sucks :/

@NicmeistaR Definitely document over influencing. It’s always great seeing how someone progresses along their journey.

Been wondering if I should try and become a fitness influencer I'm still super early in my journey and never been an expert and I know I'm beginner at best but, even if I could just inspire others to work out or make a success of their lives that's enough for me.

If it wasn’t for this tweet, I wouldn’t even know this. Crazy how some things just aren’t reported at all.

Imagine if some of the bigger fish that can afford the $42K access, could actually help indie projects like this stay alive… not for free, surely some agreement could be arranged? Any knights in shining armour? cc/ @typefully @hypefury @TweetHunterIO

This is it. @birdy_so got the final suspension. Birdy will not be able to afford the $42K/m Twitter API plan, nor will it be able to function properly on the $100/m. Therefore, it is shutting down 😔 I have spent so much time making this project the best I could. So much love poured into it. I was getting very close to my ultimate dream of ramen profitability with my own software. Sacrificed some things to make it happen. The worst part of it all is that I felt like I was working on something special. Birdy was starting to get many raving superfans. Some people REALLY loved the product 😊 It feels bad to let them down. Much love to every single person that has supported Birdy over the last 9 months 💜 It's not all doom and gloom, though. I have learned so much over those 9 months. I'm a better indie hacker because of it. I'm ready for my next project. Ready to experiment. To build. And fail. And build again. DO. NOT. QUIT.

Of course paying the $42k is worthwhile for them. You’re just choosing to focus on the fact that they’ll be getting more customers because of it and conveniently ignoring that they would LOSE their business if they didn’t pay this fee. Would you not have paid if it was financially viable for feedhive? What would you do differently if you were in their position? Cause less drama? I’d argue you’ve already contributed your fair share of drama with your tweets alone.

3 big Twitter tools will pay the Twitter Enterprise API fee. → @typefully@hypefury@TweetHunterIO $42,000/month is a LOT of money. And they're not paying this to keep using the Twitter API. They're paying this to have all their small competitors wiped and be among the few left with the market all to themselves. Totally understandable move. But it brings out some pretty aggressive sides in them - as we can see today 😬 $42K is a LOT of money! They all badly want it to be worth it. They all want to take the biggest bite they can. I'm glad we stepped down, though. We've taken a revenue hit, but we'll survive - and we'll have $42,000/month extra to expand elsewhere without having to participate in all this drama 😊🤞

happy to report we moved early and secured enterprise api access for @typefully too, but I don't feel the need to shit on competitors while they are having an incredibly hard time for failing to do the same
