The Dravidian movement is actually a Christian movement.
Christopher Joseph is going to become the seventh Christian CM of Tamil Nadu after CN Annadurai, Karunanidhi, MGR, VN Janaki, MK Stalin.
In Tamil Nadu, which has an 88% Hindu population, Christians, who constitute 6% of the population, dominate Tamil Nadu politics. It started with the establishment of the Dravidian Movement, which is actually a Christian movement. All the top leaders who emerged in the Dravidian Movement, which was started with British financial assistance, were neo-Christians. Since then, the top leadership of most of the parties that emerged in Tamil Nadu is held by leaders who have converted to Christianity. The fear instilled in the minds of Hindus in Tamil Nadu is even greater than in Bengal. The special thing is that in both Tamil Nadu and Bengal, these sentiments were set by the communists.

Sanatan Dharma has survived 1400 years of attacks.

Entire India loves Tamil Nadu, respects its people, language and culture.
Even in North India, like in UP, Tamil signboards have been put up as a mark of respect.
Tamil Nadu’s IPL team CSK has fans all across India.

Then why is it repeatedly insulted?
What problem do leaders like Udhayanidhi Stalin have with it?

Udayanidhi Stalin gets to utter what he does because:
1. He is a politician who gets privileges in a feudal society like India where politicians have extra societal powers.
2. If he is on the floor of the assembly anything he utters is legally covered under privilege legally.
But imagine if any of us utter this as normal citizens. My problem is this asymmetrical societal setup where the powerful get away with saying anything while we get an FIR.
