RoyalLand developers obtained TNRERA approval to Build One block for their upcoming project near Padur Kelambakkam Junction in OMR. This block to have 36 Storeys at 122Meters Tall. Expecting to see 2-3 more blocks later.

₹842 crore Egmore Station Redevelopment: New Multi-Level parking facility opened
Built on the Gandhi-Irwin Road side, the new facility includes parking for cars and two-wheelers, EV charging stations, CCTV surveillance, automated systems, toilets, luggage lockers and lifts with disabled access.
Another similar parking facility is also under construction on the Poonamallee High Road side.

Anything but. I’ve been fortunate to observe how the previous Industries Minister @TRBRajaa and the @Guidance_TN CEO conducted economic diplomacy. Both were exceptionally persuasive. They inspired trust and passion in the minds and hearts of business leaders, while working tirelessly to promote Tamil Nadu to investors.
Hence the tension after the election.
