@TicketmasterCS @terrimcfarlane_ you never helped me and that was over 8 weeks ago - you're rubbish - you took my £50 voucher, i couldn't make the gig - i was insured but got nothing back - insurers said i wasn't insured but your invoice clearly showed i'd purchased insurance
