Greymanes, Patch Version 1.04.00 is rolling out.
This patch adds game difficulty settings, new storage items, new pets, a keyboard/mouse and controller preset, new category tabs for the inventory, distant scenery quality improvements, UI improvements, and more.

Only one chance in this lifetime… Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him. I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.

@mightymooseART Everyone rushes these days just to see if they got a hit too, it’s annoying and gives off gambling vibes. Wish more people slowed down to enjoy the art or design of each individual card.

Watching people open packs and handle cards gives me anxiety.
It’s like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Tearing at the packs like wild animals and flipping cards around like a toddler.

@shad0va I didn’t say anything about Bungie, the Marathon score, or Marathon as a game. I’m saying Crimson Desert should’ve been given more time to review/process and the two reviews should’ve been done by two different people since they’re such large, time intensive games.

@TieGuyTravis @MarathonTheGame The 6 feels like clickbait almost, especially with the follow up articles that seem to bash the games progress forward. I’m glad you enjoyed Marathon, I have no opinion on that. But all things considered, I still think the review for CD should’ve been done by someone else.

Or if it was that bad, just rate it lower. Especially when IGN is known for giving 7 as a rating frequently on divisive games.

Good news. I'm at about 100 hrs in Crimson Desert and I've just about 100%'ed the game.

@TieGuyTravis @MarathonTheGame 4/ You clearly stated through different X comments you don’t care about the reader feedback and you stand by your score, but in that case I think IGN should rethink who reviews specific games going forward because it makes their platform look bad in situations like this.

@TieGuyTravis @MarathonTheGame 3/ You’re allowed to have your own opinion and like multiple types of games. The issue is that in this instance, I think you had too much on your plate, you weren’t in the headspace for a game like CD, and you gave more time to Marathon/not enough to CD. Wrong reviewer for it.

@Grummz This is the biggest issue I have with this. Even crazier, ITS THE SAME REVIEWER! That means he started Marathon, paused to rush through Crimson Desert, then went back to playing Marathon, which he obviously prefers. This clearly affects the CD review negatively, a 6 is just wild.

He started the Marathon review, paused to rush through Crimson Desert in time for the release, got pissed about his save file, gave a subpar/passive aggressive review, then spent more time on Marathon.

Its a niche genre. its not for everyone. its not for the cod bros and its not for single player lovers. its for MP freaks who love tension.
