A shorter lock time of course reduces the risk of staking, but what if there was another way - a way to keep your staked tokens more liquid by allowing your neurons themselves to be transferred or sold? Could this have an equally profound effect on ICP tokenomics? Sneed Wallet already provides a way to create transferable SNS neurons, allowing SNS neurons to become tradable like NFTs.
