My Jio AirFiber refund of ₹600 from 31 Oct is still not received. Jio store says refund is sent, Google Pay says refund not received. No ARN given. Complaint raised in National Consumer Helpline: #8298715. Need urgent resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio @GooglePayIndia

@JioCare I have paid via my GPay account, i have checked with the GPay team also. They said no refund from jio. I also checked my side. I didn't receive any money from your side this is totally the worst customer support i have ever seen.@JioCare
