@InvestWithD @RippleXrpie This is false information. All crypto in Germany is not taxed with capital gains tax as crypto is not classified as capital §23 ESTG Neither is it income taxed it you hold it for longer than a year. This is not new.

🚨BREAKING: Germany Confirms 0% Capital Gains Tax on $XRP (If You Hold 1+ Year) 🇩🇪💥 Germany treats crypto like private property, which means: 👉 Hold your $XRP for over 12 months = ZERO capital gains tax 👉 No minimum amount required 👉 Profit size doesn’t matter — 100% tax-free after one year Short-term holders still pay income tax. Tax haven for $XRP investors. 🤑🚀

@dannypostma So true. Though for now it’s still exciting to build this fast. However I can see this becoming very boring soon

@dams_app I mean it 100% makes sense to do this and is technically and organizationally easily possible these days. So yes, would be great if apple did something to prevent this, but they will always lag behind those companies who think about gaming the system all day everyday.

I’m now convinced many apps are ranking on the App Store using illegal keyword installs. This guy launched 2 apps just 2 months ago → already >100K downloads the last 30 days. He ranks top 3 for insanely competitive keywords in multiple categories. One of his apps ranks #2 for “Logo Maker” (most competitive keyword in Logo niche), beating apps with hundreds of thousands of ratings despite not even having “Logo Maker” in the title or subtitle (only app in the top 10 rank not using those keywords btw). I refuse to believe that’s just ASO skills or luck. Most likely: shady keyword installs. Apple needs to crack down on this. It kills fair chances for indie devs. I’d love to be proved wrong. I even reached out to several devs who rank suspiciously high with new apps, offering to pay for their ASO advice. Not a single one ever replied. So yeah… until proven otherwise, my conclusion is: shady keyword installs are what keeps them on top.

@SaidAitmbarek @forgebitz Tried lovable the other day in the free version. It’s insanely good at creating something which is visually more appealing. Cursor is not good at that. The code lovable generates is not as good as cursor‘s though

@tibo_maker You will never know if the other option you didn’t pick would have been better, so just go with your gut and accept the decision. Absolutely no point in lamenting about decisions made. They are in the past.

I need help 👋 I found my dream place in the mountains but I seriously wonder if buying now is a good decision The props: - costs half my liquid net worth 😱 - perfect location, school & facilities at walking distance - in a ski resort 🏔️ - incredibly comfortable & peaceful My thoughts: - YOLO I want to enjoy my money now - but what if the place loses 50% of its value in 5 years as it gets less snow every year - not AI-apocalypse ready, might be one of the worst places to get food if the world ends Any thoughts?

@sinequanonh @tibo_maker @gregisenberg I forgot one crazy advantage of buying with a loan in France: if you die, your children will get the asset (the house), but not the loan. The loan will be paid back by the loan insurance. So they get your cash + house. If you pay in cash, your children will get the house only.

It is so tough to resist the urge to try out new and very exciting tech. Thinking about building my own OpenAi Deepresearch clone. Its not going to be very complicated to build. I would love to have the time to just test / build new things every day because it is so exciting. However, I have to pay the bills and I have to focus on the things that pay... Maybe one day there is enough passive income to be a full time tech-innovator/tech-tester 😍

My first podcast episode on how Ai is actually being used in business today. 🔥 I just had a blast chatting with the Virtual Power Teams podcast about all things AI! We dug into real-world examples of how businesses are using AI to level up, from automating the boring stuff to getting smarter about their customers. 🚀 But it's not all sunshine and rainbows! 🌈 We also got real about the challenges companies face when bringing AI onboard, and what it takes to make it work. Plus, we gazed into our crystal ball 🔮 and shared some predictions about the future of AI in business. (Spoiler alert: It's gonna be wild! 🚀) Check out the episode below. Let me know what you think! 👇 And hit me with your burning AI questions. 🔥 #AI #business #podcast #virtualpowerteams #futureofwork #tech #innovation

@WhoWorksThere Is cheaper ever a good long term differentiator? Wouldn’t like to just compete on price. I do agree on making things a little better tho ☺️👍

You don't need an original startup idea, you just need to do an idea a little bit better / different / cheaper

@SimonHoiberg Takes a lot of confidence in some ability of yours to be able to do that! If you derive happiness and confidence from being able to do and know stuff this is very difficult to achieve. Yet, I do agree 100% with you!

Telling people you have no idea what you're doing is a superpower. → Your team gets used to uncertainty. → New ideas come from everyone (not just you). → Real ownership comes from figuring s**t out. Fake confidence and claiming to know it all will mostly get in your way.
