ये है बिहार के भयावह हालात, अररिया जिले के फारबिसगंज में एक शख़्स ने सरेआम बीच बाजार दूसरे शख्स का गला काट दिया और सैकड़ों लोगों के बीच उसका सिर लेकर घूमता रहा। बाद में मृतक के परिजनों ने हत्या करने वाले को ढूंढ़कर उसकी भी हत्या कर दी। पुलिस भी कानून व्यवस्था को संभालने की जगह जान बचाती दिखी। महाचौपट राज की इससे बड़ी तस्वीर क्या हो सकती है? यह घटना साफ दिखा रही है कि बिहार में कानून व्यवस्था किस हद तक बदहाल हो चुकी है। सत्ताधारी भाजपा-जदयू के नेता ‘सीएम चेयर’ के खेल में लगे हैं और बिहार में हर दिन लूट, हत्या, अपराध और बलात्कार की घटनाएं बढ़ती जा रही हैं। अपराधियों के हौसले इतने बुलंद हैं कि दिनदहाड़े सरेआम हत्याएं हो रही हैं और कानून का जरा भी डर नहीं है। बालू-दारू में मस्त-व्यस्त और पस्त एनडीए शासन के कारण बिहार की आम जनता खुद को असुरक्षित महसूस कर रही है। बिहार में एनडीए राज नहीं, महाचौपट राज है। नरेंद्र मोदी पाँच साल बाद चुनावों में आकर फिर भी जंगलराज का बेसुरा राग गायेंगे। और एक बात सिर काट कर घूमने का दृश्य अभी हाल ही में आई प्रोपगंडा फ़िल्म का दृश्य था , भाजपा सरकार अपने प्रोपेगेंडे के लिए जो ज़हर समाज में भर रही है ये भी दिल दहलाने वाला है। ज़हर की खेती का खामियाजा अब दिखना शुरू हो चुका है। #BiharCrime #Araria #BiharPolice
