We need to stop blaming AI for human skill issues. Is the technology perfect? Obv not. Are most AI issues a shortcoming of the technology? Idts. Pointing the finger at AI is not only intellectually dishonest, but offloading responsibility eliminates our own agency & growth.

Most people don’t realize how much of america does not care about being more productive and will simply not adopt tech / better processes. Most of the economy is not run by A+ players. The opportunity here is to impose adoption via ownership & then exit to a larger enterprise.

Google voice assistants are not bullet proof If you cold call someone to sell your product/service. Your scripted pitch won’t prepare you for what to say, in order to get the other person to pick up just say: “ blood test results for __(lead name)___” “Your car is getting towed” “Rent increase notification” Etc

close your eyes for three seconds and ramp ships something else, unbelievable speed, top of the line attn to detail on every marketing asset. 👏👏

an interesting interview exercise is to have one coach the interviewer through the sale of their own product (live)...if they can download your product info info/internalize your icp's tick/provide insight into how to itch it/and win the sale through orchestrating another human vessel, perhaps..

Sales leaders are painfully hard hires to make. Experts in persuasion. Super high talk-to-walk ratio. If you mess it up, it can cost your business 12+ months and tons of revenue. I definitely haven’t figured making this hire out.
