@AmexUK I have been on live chat and as I didn't have my card with me they said they couldn't do anything. I had already logged into the app and passed one security point on the chat. What I find strange is cancelling a direct debit is more damaging to someone than changing the date.

@AmexUK Why is it you won't let me change my #directdebit date without the security code from my card, BUT I can cancel.the #direct debit without any issues. Surely that is a bigger issue?

@ArgosHelpers Strange that @Argos_Online let external companies create voucher codes for their website. Maybe I should try and create a random code and see if it magically works. ##PoorCustomerService

@ArgosHelpers I have a promo code from your Lego 12 Days of Christmas promotion. The email I have says it expires on 31/01/2025. But when I enter it on your website it tells me has expired. #Help
