"Wie zur Hölle machst du das finanziell, dauerhaft zu reisen?“ Das ist so ziemlich die meistgestellte Frage an mich. Die Antwort tut weh: Das deutsche System ist darauf optimiert, deinen Hebel zu brechen. Du bist in Deutschland eine Cash-Melkkuh für den Staat und die Erzeuger von Fixkosten. Ich habe das Spiel beendet. Cashflow Serie (Teil 1): Die Grundlage des gesamten Konzepts ist, an der Kosten-Schere zu arbeiten (Geo-Arbitrage). In München oder Hamburg verbrennst du 3.000 € für eine "Lifestyle-Miete" und Steuern. In Thailand oder El Salvador lebe ich für 1.500 € wie ein König. Ergebnis: 1.500 € monatliches Investment-Kapital, das in Deutschland einfach verdampft wäre. 1️⃣ Geo-Arbitrage → mehr Kapital übrig 2️⃣ Kapital in ertragsbringende Assets investieren 3️⃣ Cashflow wieder reinvestieren Ein kleiner, unspektakulärer Baustein bei mir: ✅ Dividenden über STRC von Strategy (ehemals MicroStrategy). Die Firma sitzt auf Bergen von Bitcoin. Das wissen die meisten. Weniger bekannt: Sie haben dieses Preferred-Stock-Ding namens STRC aufgelegt. Aktuell ~11 % annualisiert, monatlich ausgezahlt in Cash. Kein Trading. Kein perfektes Timing. Einfach dafür, dass du Besitzer bist. Ich kaufe Anteile, halte sie, kassiere monatlich. Den Cashflow stecke ich (zum Teil) direkt wieder rein, In mehr STRC, in Stablecoin-Zinsen, in Bitcoin, was auch immer gerade Sinn macht. Langsam, aber unaufhaltsam baut sich etwas auf, das nicht mehr an meine Arbeitsstunden gekoppelt ist. Das ist für mich der echte Gamechanger: Mein Einkommen hört auf, proportional zur verkauften Lebenszeit zu sein. Stattdessen wächst es, während ich mit der Familie am Strand sitze und wir zusammen die Zeit genießen. Es fing klein an. Ein paar Tausend. Dann mehr. Heute deckt allein dieser eine Hebel einen guten Teil unserer monatlichen Freiheitskosten. Keine Raketenwissenschaft. Nur konsequentes „Asset halten → Cashflow nehmen → wieder reinvestieren“. Teil 2 kommt nächste Woche. Was denkst du? Welchen Teil deines Lebens verkaufst du gerade noch für Geld, das du eigentlich gar nicht mehr brauchst? (Und ja, ich rede hier nicht von Lambos. Ich rede von mehr Dienstagen mit den Kindern.) 😉

ABER Das Power Law Modell sieht den Boden Mitte nächstes Jahr bei rund 60k. Heißt: a) Es ist ein Bärenmarkt und der Drawdown BRICHT das Power Law Modell (das seit mehr als 10 Jahren hält) b) Es ist ein Bärenmarkt innerhalb des Modells und der Drawdown wird DEUTLICH schwächer als erwartet. c) Es ist trotz aller Indikatoren tatsächlich noch KEIN Bärenmarkt. @_k8tee_ @ADRWC I mean, it's not common to happen mid flight, but it does happen if there's a pressure imbalance between the two hydraulic systems. Experienced it once myself after two go-arounds due to wind shear on approach.
