@growdenjeff118 Hey @growdenjeff118, we double the size of our customer service team this time of year, but there are days when it’s still not enough. Please DM me the situation and I'll take a look into it.

@runtraffic We watched cost of traffic lift aggressively when we tried to achieve above a certain percentage. That started to offset MER too much. We’re close to where you are, around 80%

Zach, do you intentionally not spend on Brand Search to the point where you don't even rank at all for your own brand term? If so why? Genuinely curious. I ask because on all of the $1M/mo+ accounts we run with Google fully optimized, it drives a majority of the revenue in last click in Northbeam and TripleWhale and dollar for dollar our spend is more efficient on Google, which allows us to spend more at lower ROAS on Meta... We've seen through MTA/MMM the more we spend on Google, the more we can spend on Meta, and the higher our TACOS is. But maybe I am missing something as an operator here...

Google agencies should be on flat fees. Paying a % of spend for this channel is absolutely ridiculous. Branded search = literally zero expertise to do this Non-Branded / Prospecting = great if you can get anything above breakeven new customer acquisition here, but rare from my experience YouTube = it’s all the creative, again junior level person can easily deploy it and turn off what’s not working by giving it a few weeks to spend and tracking last click or Northbeam Feed optimization = if your agency is actually doing this, that’s great, but this almost always requires resources from the brand to setup integrations or designing new imagery * Also while I’m on my soapbox. Almost all the Google agencies on here flexing big spend and revenue are not breaking out the spend into these 3 buckets and these individuals will refuse to show you the last click results on the non-branded and YT. It’s all overspend (wasted money) on branded terms for companies who have built massive social followings, have a celebrity or are running meta ads effectively to drive awareness.

This YouTube AI agent is absolutely wild 🤯 It scrapes top YouTube videos in your niche, analyzes them with AI, and extracts every creative insight you need. All inside n8n + Airtable. Perfect for DTC brands & agencies who need to know what's working on YouTube before they create ads or content. Here's the problem: Manual YouTube research takes forever. You're watching dozens of videos, taking notes on hooks, trying to remember what angles worked. And by the time you analyze everything, you've wasted hours. This n8n automation solves it: → Enter a keyword (e.g., "rucking", "cold plunge", "protein powder") → AI scrapes top YouTube videos with transcripts automatically → Writes all videos to Airtable with views, likes, published date → Gemini analyzes each transcript and extracts: Hook, Angle, Theme No manual watching. No note-taking. No wasted hours. What you get in Airtable: → Video URL, title, channel, performance metrics → AI-extracted hooks (what grabbed attention) → Angles (the unique claim or perspective) → Themes (the core narrative structure) → Full transcripts for deeper analysis Built 100% in n8n. Want the complete n8n template + Airtable base? > Comment "YOUTUBE" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

i use one tool that gets me 5x better results from veo 3.1 and hailuo 2.3... if you're not effectively prompting camera motion, you're using these models at 50% capacity casual direction like "zoom in" or "circle around" doesn't work, video models need actual cinematography language: - [truck left, pan right, tracking shot] - [push in, pedestal up] - [dolly back, tilt down] so i built a claude skill that translates for you you describe what you want -> it converts to proper film terminology -> AI executes it way better this was initially made for my team, but i'm sharing it with you guys... reply "angles" + RT and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)

You can 10x the quality of your AI videos by injecting as many non-AI elements as possible It's easy to lap people who outsource all their thinking to AI by building a deep context bank of what's worked historically in traditional film I started building a swipe file which includes: - actual film work - commercials that made me stop scrolling - movie trailers that gave me chills - random clips I couldn't look away from This is a must have to get better scene ideas, sharper editing styles, understand pacin and actually directing AI instead of just prompting it RT + comment "SWIPE" and I'll send over the file (must be following so i can dm)

The VSL has been DETHRONED! Like you, I've used long form sales letters, VSLs, and webinars in my sales funnels for years. But just like one day the VSL beat the written sales letter, something has FINALLY curb-stomped the VSL. They're called GCPs. Which stands for "gradual commitment pages." Maybe the name sucks, but their results don't! The reason they convert higher is because of a psychological trick that hijacks the brain and inserts a marketing argument like a trojan horse. Like an advertorial the reader thinks they're reading just another article on the web. Their defenses are down. And then oops, too late. I've used these GCPs quietly for well over a decade, but I have a different business model now so I'm fine with sharing it. The first time I shared these at a millionaires mastermind in Las Vegas, the room fell silent when I shared the conversion numbers. They had LOTS of questions. If you want, I've got a Google Doc that explains the whole thing with examples. Shows you step-by-step how to design and write your first GCP (without the years of trial & error I had). Just comment "GCP" below and I'll DM you the document. ✌️❤️

@orsonwbs 5c per listen isn’t that cheap. You can get a 30s view on YouTube for half that if you have a 25% view rate. You can also target these same podcasts on a cpv basis with a 1-2c CPV and get quite the scale.

Spotify lets you run audio ads for like $0.05 per listen right, you could target people listening to health podcasts, business podcasts, whatever Then make a 30 second ad: "If you're struggling with [problem], ….. I made a guide that actually works.…” They're literally captive audience with headphones in at the gym or commuting I haven't tested this yet but the targeting options are insane (podcast genre, demographics, etc) Might be worth trying Spotify for info products Anyone running these? Curious if they actually work

The AI industry is experiencing a paradigm shift. While model sophistication and prompt engineering capture headlines, the real differentiator for enterprise AI performance lies in context engineering – the systematic discipline of providing the right information, tools, and state to LLMs at inference time. This goes far beyond traditional RAG to encompass hybrid retrieval architectures, dynamic knowledge graphs, and sophisticated context assembly pipelines. Modern context engineering requires multi-layered technical approaches: dense vector retrieval combined with sparse lexical methods (BM25/TF-IDF), real-time knowledge graph construction modeling organizational workflows, and context window optimization using hierarchical layering and dynamic token budget management. The system orchestrates specialized agents – tool-calling, memory, and planning agents – through sophisticated pipelines that classify intent, traverse knowledge graphs, and assemble contextually relevant information within milliseconds. Organizations implementing advanced context engineering are seeing dramatic performance improvements: 40-60% reduction in hallucination rates, 3-5x improvement in retrieval precision, and sub-200ms context assembly for real-time applications.  Companies using platforms like Glean or custom implementations are establishing sustainable competitive advantages through this systematic orchestration of data, relationships, and process context. As recent industry discussions have highlighted, like the article linked below, context engineering has become "the delicate art and science of filling the context window with just the right information." The companies that master this discipline, maintaining and evolving context through continuous learning systems, are building the technical foundation for genuinely useful, reliable enterprise AI agents. Context engineering transforms LLMs from impressive demos into mission-critical enterprise tools. glean-it.com/3I9a7Bh
