@aelluswamy I’m curious, why are the camera data streams entering the stack with any compression? Surely it’s easier & higher fidelity to just ingest raw streams?

@ToTheOctocopter Hi TJ! 👋 I’ve noticed that the circulation flow rate of my Cosy 6 doesn’t seem to be related to the ΔT5 target, which means it’s often running too fast, making the gap between flow and return smaller. Thoughts?

This is super disappointing and has left us questioning if we want to continue at all. I started the day off planning to ask for a referral code to give to friends and family, but this has left a regrettably nasty taste in my mouth.

I saw today that Octoplus customers are receiving a 20% discount (yay!) which we’re not eligible for (boo!). But this got me wondering, what would you quote us today? £400, vs £1450. That’s quite a difference!

@g__j I was so disappointed in @yourcolchester when they denied our planning application owing to a 0.8dB failure and later sent us a letter encouraging us to have a ASHP installed by one of their partners.

Want a gas boiler? In it goes. Want a heat pump?... good luck with your local authority. 30-40% of customers who order a heat pump from us need planning permission and it's an absolute killer. This is nuts... thetimes.com/uk/environment…
