counterstrike 2 gunning for tekken 8's spot for the worst update ever and its only been 2 days that's crazy work

genuinely one of the best moments in KH3. its so refreshing seeing a villain being put so plainly in his place by someone not important to the rest of the story.

third time they've released a major update to tekken 8 in which they gave jack a literal gamebreaking tool lol, these fuckers dont even play their own game

how am i supposed to feel when all the dev team for this fucking dogshit game do is completely miss the point all the fucking time? i feel like i have nothing outside of this game and i feel like nothing when im playing it. it's all just anger, there is no fun. ggs i guess

dedicated the majority of my living adult life so far to a thing that is clearly made by developers that don't care about their playerbase. sunk thousands of pounds into playing and attending events, made lots of friends and all of it was for nothing.

im not even asking for jack buffs man i just want the characters that are just hard counters to this character to be changed in a way that makes counterplay that isnt just hardcore guessing more effective. making moves less tracking doesnt do anything if i cant step man

not a single change made to the other characters actually changes the matchup spread for jack whatsoever so this character is still ass regardless of buffs lol

Tekken 8 Patch 3.0 is not "a small step in the right direction" but "many steps in vastly different directions" Some characters were nerfed in solid ways that make a lot of sense (Anna CH > elbow, Nina b222, Steve armor, Yoshi 1,1) Other characters got slaps on the wrist, or were ONLY buffed. Weaknesses were intentionally removed. This contradicts the statement of focusing on strengths, weakness, and identity. The only consistent thing was a focus on making things "easier." Unique tech and conversions were removed, offense was streamlined, and a lot of execution checks were completely removed. According to this patch, situational awareness is not something that should be heavily rewarded, and cool things keep getting removed or simplified. Generally the vibes seem down, and I'm personally pretty confused by the direction of the game.
