Day 2 with portion eating with @_miracleeffect_ So I have decided to not eat rice for as long as I can so for now I am substituting with potatoes As usual 20 hours fast First meal is the same- Greek yoghurt, store bought granola and yellow melon m Second and final meal- sweet potato porridge and chicken with eggs, the eggs were added later 😭 3 liters of water, 10k steps Leggo

So I started taking portion eating (calorie deficit) with @_miracleeffect_ The goal is 2 dress size down (15-20kg) For me to get there some calculations had to be had and portioning has to happen So yesterday these were my meals Morning after 20 hours fast: Greek yoghurt, store bought granola and golden melon Lunch and final meal of the day: 200g of refrigerated rice from the day before, 3 eggs and 2 chicken I hope to keep doing this alongside 10,000 steps daily

5 months between these two photos. I plateaued. There wasn’t much physical change, but my strength kept increasing. But I’ve realized the next step isn’t changing the program… it’s eating better, tracking my calories, and recovering properly.
