3. Time-frame: Dedicated 6 months

So I started taking portion eating (calorie deficit) with @_miracleeffect_ The goal is 2 dress size down (15-20kg) For me to get there some calculations had to be had and portioning has to happen So yesterday these were my meals Morning after 20 hours fast: Greek yoghurt, store bought granola and golden melon Lunch and final meal of the day: 200g of refrigerated rice from the day before, 3 eggs and 2 chicken I hope to keep doing this alongside 10,000 steps daily
