I mean it's cool if people are accepting completely terrible form and calling that successful lifts but I won't accept something so ridiculous. If you can't control the weight with proper form even during a PR it's not really a PR it's an ego lift.
All of you are enforcing bad behavior in the gym. This is what makes it harder to train people to lift heavy because they see videos like that and they assume when we talk about training heavy that this is how they have to look.

Most of all these X fitness instructors know that there’s nothing better than building naturally without Powders or steroids.
Or maybe they are just bodybuilder instructors mis-terming themselves Fitness instructors
It’s Either they are selling Powders
Or they just want fast results to show up in their clients journey which is not a good way.
Either ways I’m glad some of them are telling people they can build without powder and also the true meaning of fitness , not just getting big without substance…
The purpose of fitness is to Move well and age gracefully,

There was a guy in the gym. He looked like a normal person, not jacked or anything.
He was doing bicep curls in a very focused slow manner. I approached out of curiosity and started talking.
He was 6 years into weight lifting, but looked just like a normal healthy person.
He told me that his entire body is under tension during the dumbbell bicep curls, even legs, he said he feels the tension in each muscle.
But, in my understanding, that is not how you stimulate muscle to grow — you can't build legs doing bicep curls, and you can't grow your biceps squatting.
It is possible to feel tension even in the bed if you want, but I've never seen anyone build muscle that way.
Without direct loaded work that targets the muscle it won't grow.
