The problem with this is that we already had a guy doing this. He was cancelling tens of billions of dollars in student loans every month, he implemented the SAVE plan. You brainwashed yourselves into thinking we were in a recession when in reality, our economy was recovering from the pandemic faster than any other country on the planet. If a democrat wins in ‘28 they won’t take office until 2029. We still have THREE MORE YEARS of this. Such a painful and UNNECESSARY lesson we all have to suffer through.

@trouble_man90 College kids are in the top 50%, non college kids are in the bottom 50%. Why should we ask the bottom to pay for the top? That’s reverse everything. College kids are poor but the ones you want to pay for their loans are poorer. The government has negative wealth aka debt.

The No Kings protests have dispersed at this time and all traffic closures have been lifted.  We had tens of thousands of people across all five boroughs peacefully exercising their first amendment rights, and the NYPD made zero protest-related arrests.

Given republicans have the house & the senate, we will not progress under their leadership-they won’t listen. Only way is through voting them all out.
