If you have issues with authority, you aren't going to make it. What do I mean by authority issues? I mean you hate hierarchy and authority as a conceptual framework to the point you have this stupid nonsensical idea that true fairness consists of us all living in a disordered and chaotic soup where people with greater leadership, restraint, reason, impulse control, and other executive abilities are granted no greater autonomy, control, power, freedom or ability to govern, lead and effect things than those who are completely unreasonable, emotionally unstable, delusional or neurotic - that all must be deemed "equals" because "all men were made equal under God" - even though there is evidence all around us to the contrary that some are in fact, more naturally endowed and blessed than others. Rejecting corruption, the authority of the less stable, the less moral, the less capable - the pathological - those who abuse their position without the greater good in mind - rejecting unrightful authority, this is a good thing. This is the correct orientation towards authority. This is justice rightly applied, rather than egregiously. It is the golden mean between tyrannicalness and permissiveness - it is rightful. Seeing all authority as inherently bad, rather than as merely an ordering principle based on necessity and capacity, and thus rejecting the concept of hierarchy as a whole - this is bad. Extremely retarded, in fact. Hierarchy is inescapable. You are going to have a very, very, very bad life if you are *triggered* by the concept of rank, leadership, commanding and obeying. Nobody serious takes issue with these things. All high functioning beautiful things know order and structure, which means hierarchy. Your need for the total equality of all things is a pathology and a disease - likely born from an insecurity of your own inferiority, or the sense you are helpless if you do not arbitrarily resist because you are unable to trust anyone. Because people have failed you. If that is you, then I feel truly sorry for you, but you have overcorrected. It is time to grow up now.
