@markgurman iOS 19 needs to be a Snow Leopard release.

I continue to hear that the gradual rollout of features across iOS 18 to iOS 18.4 is leading to delays of some features scheduled for iOS 19. That will lead to a long term rollout of features next cycle as well. Engineers are stuck working on iOS 18 projects when they’d usually already be on to the following OS.

@SebAaltonen I doubt they’re trying to make foldable TVs as much as the concept of it. Might open up other possibilities in the future. Probably doing this to be in the mind of people as the “folding TV company” so that they’re the chosen vendor when someone else makes something in this field

Why would you want this instead of a wall mounted big TV? Wall mounted TV takes practically no space at all. This is deep and takes a lot of tabletop space. And the box doesn't even look good.

@cmuratori Welcome to the future! My first 144Hz gaming monitor was a game changer for me. Soon I had to update to 120Hz iPad too and 120Hz phone followed few years later. Once you get used to 120Hz+, 60Hz starts feeling annoying.

Necro'ing this because I recently switched to a 120hz monitor, and everything was noticeably much smoother. At 30 and/or 60hz, it is probably true that you cannot see individual frames anymore - but that's not the same thing as saying you can't easily perceive the difference!
