@Pret after all these complaints about no ice in your stores, your response is “we’ll contact the manager of the store”. Instead, can you send me the managers contact details of all your london stores so we can email them ourselves? Don’t trust that you’ll do it tbh

@Pret Many of your London branches have been refusing to offer iced drinks on the excuse that they are out of stock, blaming subscribers. It is unacceptable. I have cancelled my subscription and will pause my Pret habit until Pret manages to get a hold of its stocks again #pretamanger
