@_repRedLetterUK we were left stranded in Bath. We had a confirmed booking. When we arrived the hotel was out of business. A clear breach of contract. I have been trying to resolve this with customer services since 26 March. I need a manager with authority to resolve this.

@RedLetterDaysUK I have requested a refund due to non-performance of a hotel booking in Bath. We were left stranded on the street. Customer Services are using wearing down tactics. I require Red Letter Days to take ownership of this complaint and resolve the matter urgently.

@RedLetterDaysUK at my wits end trying to use my voucher (O3-B64O8). It doesn’t work. No one will help. Spent 1 hour on chat on 4 Feb. About 10 emails later, am no further forward. My emails are now just ignored so you get to keep my money. Surely this isn’t right? What do I do?

@RedLetterDaysUK why is it never straight forward using one of your vouchers. Been trying to book a stay which was an anniversary gift, for over a month now!
