Made plenty of mistakes with money. 9 years later: • Bought a house • Built £75k+ in assets • Still learning every day If you're starting from zero, no one is coming to save you. You have to build it yourself.

@_robduda I’m exactly the same as you. Moved in, bought and sold two houses, had kids.. still no plans to get married! Been together 14 years.

Most people get married first I did everything the other way round 😂 We had a son first Bought our first house Still haven't got married after 12 years I've never liked doing things just because everyone else does Anyone else been together for years and still not married?

First week in a deficit after almost 9 months of 3500+ cals was pretty hard 🥶. Humans have always moved through periods of abundance and scarcity—feasting and fasting. In a surplus, you support mTOR-driven growth, recovery and anabolism. In a deficit, AMPK-related signalling rises, stored energy is mobilised and excess body fat comes down. Build. Cut. Maintain. Health is not permanent restriction or permanent indulgence. It is metabolic balance.

@_robduda Agreed mate, i bought mine in 2020. But as you say sometimes the time is not right and the family needs stability. BTC time will come again! Or BTC Treasuries in my case!

After buying my first house, I started thinking... Should I have put all my money into Bitcoin instead? The house gives my family stability. Bitcoin gives me the chance to build our savings faster long term. Some decisions don't have a right answer.
