Much better for market structure overall for Saylor and his company to have admitted that they are essentially a bitcoin hedge fund as opposed to some megalith that will never sell. It's like the market can breathe for the first time in a while. In some ways.

For a year, the trade was simple: dump Bitcoin and gold, pile into AI stocks. Bitcoin and gold ETFs bled $12 billion. Chip ETFs pulled in $20 billion. Every dollar that abandoned Bitcoin went and blew the biggest bubble since 2000. That trade is about to reverse.

We have been sensing a Japanese intervention due to weakness in both the currency and bond market. It is here, but it does not appear to be in the form of a big print. Rather, repatriation.

Buying before the bottom is okay. Nobody knows the exact low in real time. If bitcoin looks deeply undervalued, the point is to act, not wait for perfect timing.

for people who are certain we need a “final leg down” important to consider the counterfactual where the last 6 months of PA looked like this. had we followed this path, would you be more convinced we had bottomed at $58-60? if the sell side “expects” a greater drawdown than the macro and buy side are willing to give up, you can end up with an over-wrought first impulse that limits downside of the final impulse, similar to how S2F expectations drove an overwrought first impulse for the 2021 bull market, limiting the additional upside of the second bullish impulse. power law is and remains the best indicator of where we are relative to long term trends, rather than relying on near-term price action or cycle theory.
