@HMRCcustomers I sent a letter to BX1AN about an update to details and I need to know if this has been received. How can I find out? It was sent tracked/signed for but the tracking doesn’t show delivery being successful.
@HMRCcustomers It was for National Insurance Contributions and Employers (something). It’s about updating my details related to my NI number as my birthdate has been recorded incorrectly so I can’t access govt gateway - this has been an ongoing issue for 6 years now.
@FirstBusesEast a bus driver nearly hit me this morning as I was crossing the road at the bottom of the bus station in Norwich. PR1 - this just happened (8:17am). The bus driver honked at me but I was already mid-way crossing before they started turning I had to run to not be hit
@ReadytoGroove heya! I’ve been using Groove for lots of years (8!), but when I got my new iPhone it says it’s not available in the UK. I rely on Groove and love the UX. I really want it back. This wasn’t a problem 4 years ago when I got a new phone here. Please help?
@DarkEden21@Keir_Starmer@UKLabour I was there and Katy didn’t do a damn thing wrong. This TERF then tried to take a photo of Katy with my daughter in the frame and I stepped in to ask them to leave. The whole thing was rather uncalled for.
@NetflixUK where is your formal complaints process? I’ve chatted to customer service and sent an email to support-uk@cs.netflix.com. I’m not getting anywhere and I’d like your formal complaints process please! It shouldn’t be this hard!
@greateranglia my delay repay for a cancelled train wasn’t refunded fully even though it was a single and I appealed but my appeal was not upheld. This is really shocking behaviour considering I didn’t get home til almost 2.5 hours after I was meant to! I just want my money back.
