Why is @amazon so horrible now? I understand it’s the holidays but this has been an ongoing issue for some time. I ordered an ugly Xmas sweater on Thursday it was set to arrive yesterday. Now it’s saying tmw. Ugly Xmas sweater day is tmw 😫

Ask the guy @BestBuy if they won’t fix it and insurance then why do people pay for it, his answer was.. he doesn’t know any people shouldn’t pay for it. So disappointed from @BestBuy I will never purchase anything from them again

Purchased a TV from @BestBuy & unfortunately TV broke. Called Best Buy because I’m still under warranty and they said it couldn’t be fix since it was physical damage. Asked about the insurance portion of it & the guy told me insurance doesn’t matter, they won’t fix it.
