@thetrainline is such a scam company. Yesterday, me & my partner tried all day to purchase tickets on different browsers, apps, even on the West Midlands site and just got hit with an error message. The price of the tickets have now doubled and they won't discount even with proof

@thetrainline Hi Cat, I did all of this yesterday and it still wouldn't work. The tickets have now doubled in price but of course I can pay now. Such a scamming company and then I've already spoke to someone who has said you can't do anything, no discount code nothing. Screams of a scam
