Do NOT make a SCREEN TIME app My dumbass literally sat for 8 hours to get viral As u can see I tried everything and I still couldn't make the marketing work I built Monkeyless for 1.5 years. Went viral many times, got tens of thousands of downloads, but what I noticed was People just get desensitised too much. The moment people see the words "phone addiction" or "doomscrolling" they scroll past because they get tired of hearing the same shit It's like your mon telling you to stop doomscrolling Worst niche ever If ur already building a screen time app, try marketing it for max 1 month as a deadline and if u fail, pivot to a new app idea Dont waste ur time like I did, thank me later

Essentially most guys over 35+ now have this body or worse You really have to fight this and become ripped to avoid this fate, which means being strict on nutrition and exercise I call it the "padel body": skinny limbs and a fat beer belly, others call it "pregnant guy" which I like too 😂 It's very risky because belly fat (or visceral fat) is uniquely dangerous: it actively disrupts your hormonal system (which makes you depressed or if you're a guy feminine and if you're a woman masculine), as well as causing body-wide inflammation, heart disease, diabetes and even strokes! Don't believe me? 🇺🇸 US: Roughly 70% to 77% of adult men over age 35 are overweight or obese, according to national health data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Rates increase significantly with age, peaking during middle age 🇪🇺 EU: Roughly 60% to 80% of middle-aged and older men in Europe are overweight or obese. Data from the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe and Eurostat show that weight-gain heavily scales with age, with male rates consistently higher than female rates

Hahaha 🤣 I also started to perceive guys with pregnant bellies as a strong anti motivation. It works for me 🤷‍♂️ In my local supermarket it is always a “pregnant” guy who is having bag of chips in the basket.

I wish didn’t have performative government makings rules driven by emotions This solves nothing and is only hurting European citizens who now pay higher prices for gas, energy and everything else that is dependent on these I don’t personally like Russia, but we should be buying the cheapest gas/oil i think, energy prices are high enough already in Europe
European Commission@EU_Commission

EU energy payments to Russia have dropped by 85%. The price Russia is paying gets heavier by the day. The new sanctions package further restricts Russia's ability to fund its illegal war ↓ link.europa.eu/dT7Ycy #StandWithUkraine

The Ski Erg is an excellent cardio machine 🫀 It doesn’t use your already-tired quads, has no impact and shoots your heart rate very quickly (unlike cycling). I use it for my zone 2 and V02 max training sessions. For instance today’s workout: - 10 min warmup - 6x 1km at 1:52/500m I spent 20 minutes in zone 4/5 which improves my overall fitness and longevity! Try and let me know

throwback to a few years ago when a (very professional) Austrian GP told me with a worrying voice I likely have cancer and then had me wait 2 weeks in a queue for a MRI scan (very great public healthcare) with that thought. the very* being ironic here. those 2 weeks very mentally quite interesting to say the very least. today i look back on it and i am extremely grateful to simply be healthy and have an amazing network of friends. that's all it really takes. turns out the "cancer" was a luckily "just" a benign bony tumor that formed on my skull and kept growing and hurting more and more. in the end it had to be cut out (i have an entire story about this as well for another day) and all is good every since + a nice scar 🙏

Hello World 👋 At 26, I was told I might have cancer. Now I'm healthy, I decided to change my life: • Interviewed with Anthropic (unsuccessful). • So, leaving my six figure swe job in London. • All in. Build startups. Travel the world. My app just hit $6.8k/m. I'll hit $10k/m in a few weeks. This is who I am & this is where I'm going.

I mean i’m sure it sucks, but no one should be automatically entitled to own a handle on every social site just because they launched same name product It’s kinda slippery slope and very easily preventable tbh, you should’ve claimed it first, it’s free best case scenario would be paying for it i think (tho i heard it’s not allowed so idk)

A smart guy grabbed @TrustMRR 6 months ago… then vanished. Meanwhile, I’m over here paying for X Premium on @Trust_MRR while people keep tagging the wrong account 😭 I’d be willing to rent out my body for an hour or so in exchange for that handle, @nikitabier.

My app just hit $7k/m. I'll hit 10k/m before I quit my job & fly to vietnam 🇻🇳 This is how I did it. Part One: The App. 1. Built an iOS app. 2. Found a validated niche. 3. Improved upon existing apps. 4. Read reviews to see pain points. 5. Improved everything: UI, onboarding, features. 6. With AI and good taste it's so easy to win. 7. You can build beautiful & useful product in a week. 8. Stack: Native Swift & RevenueCat. 9. Pricing of 7.99/w, 14.99/m and 49.99/y. 10. Typically weekly + yearly combo is good. 11. Adding monthly increased my conversions. 12. This will vary by niche: see what competitors do! Part Two: Apple Ads to 1k/m. 1. Used the $100 free credits to get data! 2. Measured my onboarding & paywall with posthog. 3. Already had 70% onboarding completion. 4. Reduced all friction: got it to 85%. 5. Ran AB tests using remote paywalls. 6. Kept everything compliant with Apple guidelines. 7. Achieved 8% install to paid. 8. Split campaigns by territory groups: US, AU, TH etc. 9. Used competitor names as strict keywords. 10. User searches for competitor: • My app way better so they download mine instead. 11. This relies on a really good app store page. 12. Mock up screenshots in Figma then enhance with AI. 13. ChatGPT Image-2 is free with Codex. Part Three: Scaling to 7k/m with Tikslop. 1. Scrolled in my niche, found organic viral posts. 2. Remade them myself: film with friends or use AI. 3. Seedance 2 mini is the best ROI video model I think. 4. I made ~8 formats, ~15 creatives. 5. Give each creative $50 of spend. 6. After $50, if CPA < LTV then scale it. 7. If CPA > LTV then stop spend. 8. LTV is hard to calculate. You can ask Rico. 9. Better for me: Aimed for profit on first transaction. 10. This is simpler & more ambitious. 11. Expect to burn at least $500! Part Four: Scaling Ad Spend (The Big Leagues) 1. If the CPA is staying consistent. 2. Increase spend by < 30% each time. 3. My advice: ~15% each time. 4. 50, 60, 70, 90 etc. 5. Performance can be volatile. • Yesterday I made ~$170, a small loss. • A few days ago I made ~$600, big profit. 6. Measure averages over time. Remember: there are infinite ways to win, this is mine. It took me about 3 years to make a successful app. Winning is simply losing on a long enough timeline.
