Till now, I have built 3 apps, but I'm in big trouble and need some help from you guys. My first app looks almost failed, and my second app is completely dead. Now I'm facing a problem with my third app. All downloads are coming from ASO, but I've done my best and user retention still sucks. How do you people handle this situation? I'm struggling with user retention right now. My delete ratio is 60% per day. How do you deal with this problem?

@lostfounderr I think arund 4 hours every 3 days. Passive research all the time by just scrolling or seeing something interesting. But deep ad analysis and creative brainstorming once every 3 days.
