@PiecesofMargo Low key, I get so anxious during flying, especially take off and landing since those are the most dangerous times during a flight. I close my eyes, hold my breath, and pray during landing and takeoff. And imagine a golden orb of light around the plane protecting it. It does help!

Does anyone have tips to help me get over my fear of flying? I understand rationally commercial airlines are very safe, but logic has nothing to do with it. I've flown a million times and it still makes me sick to my stomach. I sweat during turbulence.
