@TheNorfolkLion @SBarrettBar I'm not weak enough to be bothered by people calling names but i do get pissed off when people block you and run away from an argument because they can't win or be convinced. I almost never block and I never run away though I may forget about it if I have things to do.

I’ll be honest, I can be hot headed at times and I’ve definitely a bit of a gobby cow. But even with that, this platform has become something I’ve never seen in nearly a decade of using it. It’s turned incredibly toxic. People just attack anyone who doesn’t think exactly like them, and right now it feels worse than ever on the right. A lot of us are guilty of it. You can disagree with someone without resorting to horrible nasty comments. I wanted X to be a place of real free speech, but with that freedom comes consequences. Most of the time I try to tune out the noise and stay true to what I actually believe, rather than what others pressure me to think, but it’s not easy, that’s why they do it. Having said that, I really hope things calm down soon. If they don’t, I’m worried we’ll end up handing the next election to the left
