@IKEAUKSupport I've just put together this Ivar cabinet and noticed the door is damaged. Opening the package, some of the fixings had been inserted already and the fixings box was open already. It had clearly been returned before. What can we do?

For some reason @GoCardless resumed an old @BikeClub_UK subscription last month and took some money. Emails to @BikeClub_UK are unanswered and their online chat just shows as offline. Can you sort it out amongst yourselves to get me a refund and cancel the subscription again? Thx

Hi @BucksCouncil your trees are overhanging my property on Walton Way, can I cut them back? They probably need a good tidy up anyway, causing problems for pedestrians and cars at this junction.

@IKEAUKSupport So I did that yesterday (it's not very clear that I should go elsewhere first when checking out) and did the initial application. It confirmed I'm eligible but then would just give an unspecific error when trying to accept it

@a__masters So you need to apply for Finance on the website here: ikea.com/gb/en/customer…. Then, if accepted, you'll be given a virtual card for the amount chosen which will allow you to checkout on the website. I hope this makes sense. Thanks - Kieran

@IKEAUKSupport hej! Trying to order from your website using finance, it asks me for card details. When I enter card details (which I don't want to use!!) it says the card number is invalid. How do I check out and apply for finance?
