The harness is the entire car. Tool routing, context strategy, agent loops, system prompts — Cursor and Codex differ on every single one. Same GPT-5.5 in different harnesses produces wildly different outcomes. Different cost. Different reliability. Different ceiling. The model is maybe 30% of the actual experience. The harness is the other 70%. How do you explain this to people without sounding like a snob? 😂

"AI social media for dental practices" 3. add "we write your captions with AI" as the hook. that's what they're actually paying for. 4. plug it into n8n, make, or zapier so posting, scheduling, and approvals run on autopilot. the client approves with one tap. everything else is handled. 5. charge $50/mo-$100 per seat. that's nothing to a business paying $2,000/mo for a social media freelancer. you're 25x cheaper and 10x more reliable because the system runs whether you're awake or not. win-win for everyone. 6. build one landing page. run one onboarding call. that's the whole sales motion. 7. build media to attract customers. post tips for that niche on X, tiktok, youtube. become the "social media for dentists" person. 8. reinvest profits to build other tools that serve that same niche. scheduling, reviews, patient intake. build those tools or plug in more open source projects. now you own the vertical. these businesses KNOW they need to post. they hate doing it. they will never find postiz on github. they will google "someone please handle my social media." that's you open source is the new wholesale. the code is free. the customer relationship is where the margin lives. you can do this as one person. you can do this as a two person team. you don't need funding. you don't need an office. you need a laptop, a niche, and the willingness to start. someone is going to do this. might as well be you.

🚗 En Belgique, +-6 millions de voitures paient une taxe de circulation annuelle. Ce que ça rapporte à l’État : 2 milliards€/an. 333€/an par voiture. Tu achètes une voiture → tu paies une plaque, une assurance, et une taxe annuelle à l’État. Que tu roules ou pas. 🚲 Il y a environ 8,5 millions de vélos en Belgique. 570.000 vendus rien qu’en 2023. Eux ? Zéro plaque. Zéro taxe. Zéro contribution aux routes qu’ils empruntent. Par exemple : une taxe de 60€/an par vélo -obligatoire à l’achat et l’adapter aux vélos sur les 8,5 millions qui roulent, comme une voiture- rapporterait ≈510millions €/an à l’État. Tu utilises les routes, tu contribues. Point. Vous pensez quoi de l’idée ?

Le PIB par habitant est l'indicateur standard utilisé par le FMI, l'OCDE, la Banque Mondiale et à peu près toute institution économique sérieuse pour comparer le niveau de vie entre pays. C'est pas moi qui l'ai inventé. Mais tu as raison, il est imparfait seul. C'est pour ça que dans le thread j'utilise aussi le PIB par habitant en parité de pouvoir d'achat (qui corrige le coût de la vie), les classements de santé (OMS), les classements éducation (PISA), les indicateurs de pauvreté (Eurostat), les indicateurs de liberté économique (Heritage Foundation) et les ratios de dépense publique (OCDE). Et sur chacun de ces indicateurs la France est derrière le Danemark, la Suisse, les Pays-Bas et la plupart des pays nordiques. C'est pas un seul chiffre isolé. C'est une convergence de 10 indicateurs différents qui disent tous la même chose. Et les prestations sociales sont incluses dans le calcul. Le PIB par habitant en PPA intègre l'effet des transferts sociaux sur le pouvoir d'achat réel. Et même en ajoutant ça, la France reste derrière. Justement parce qu'on a le système de redistribution le plus lourd d'Europe (32% du PIB) pour un résultat moyen. Donc non c'est pas malhonnête. C'est juste des chiffres qui disent un truc que t'as pas envie d'entendre.
