I can't speak to the product itself (not my area of expertise). But @a_ghowsi is one of the kindest people I've ever met, and he still manages to be an absolute weapon. I remember watching his insane rise through the product ranks at BetterUp. After every promotion I'd think "surely he can't do it again" and then he'd go and do it again. I'm particularly bullish on @cora_ai because it's based on his "earned secrets" -- all the problems Amir had to solve during his time at BetterUp. When you live a problem-space for years, you can map all the tiny nooks and crannies in a way that more naive approaches might miss. Also, the product-founder fit is just really good here. Somehow, especially for the last few months, Amir has been so good about proactively reaching out to me about exactly what's on my mind. The timing is honestly uncanny... Anyway, if this product seems relevant to you, you should check it out. And if it doesn't, you should just watch the video -- even in this era of overproduced launch videos, this one made me laugh.

@JayaGup10 nailed it. we're seeing the same in post-sales world. there is no one system of record - just people stitching data from crm/support/comms tools. these "glue" roles exists bc the right context isn’t stored. agents sitting in the execution path finally make that context durable.

Every other week the same debate comes back: agents kill everything vs systems of record survive. It's a fun debate. It's also the wrong one. The better question: do entirely new systems of record emerge? Systems of record for decisions, not just objects. And do those become the next trillion-dollar platforms?

@saranormous @gabepereyra @harvey @NoPriorsPod curious how they measure ROI for customers to drive renewal given the complex dynamics of billable hours = more $ for the firm is a cost story? individual lawyer can generate x more output? or is it more vibes-based like chatgpt - buyers just trust it's driving "productivity"
