In nipalsMCIA, the objective function for Multiple Co-Inertia Analysis (MCIA) is solved using an extension of Non-linear Iterative Partial Least Squares (NIPALS). With NIPALS, we observe significant speed-up over existing SVD-based approaches for large datasets (3/4)
